At the end of the release, we met with all the teams we'd worked with to discuss the lessons we'd learned and how things could run more smoothly in the future. During this time we created our process chart, which compared the actual steps followed with an ideal version which was based on all the things we learned. We housed this chart on our internal website, with detailed descriptions linked to each phase.
