I came up with this as a way to enjoy instant ramen noodles as a more fully-fledged meal.

The perfect thing to make after a trip to the Farmer’s Market to load up on tomatoes, cucumbers, and herbs.

I love my Shortcut Yakisoba so much that I keep looking for ways to make other noodle dishes in the same simple style.
