S’more Toast
If we have graham crackers in the cupboard, they rapidly disappear. But we always have bread. I like this toast for an evening snack, since it’s a little less pure-sweet than the traditional layered s’more. No campfire needed, but a toaster oven is required.
- Lightly toast your bread, and spread with butter.
- Place on the toaster pan, and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Return to toaster oven on Toast or Broil setting until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown and chocolate is melted.
