Fresh Salmon Feast

When the main ingredient is of peak quality, it’s best to keep things simple so it can shine. Wow. When a friend gave us some super-fresh salmon, I used the basic cooking method from my standard Salmon Bowls. Instead of that rich sauce, though, I just mixed up a batch of my Lemon-caper Dressing. It was a great accent to the fresh flavor and perfect texture of the salmon.
